Welcome to our FAQs page. Here you will be able to find answers to almost all of your questions concerning shopping online at NO STUDIO.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as we ship the item, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after order confirmation. During Campaigns, Sales, etc. shipping might be delayed. If we cannot deliver the products, or the products are delayed for other reasons, we will inform you within 14 days after your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course you can! After order confirmation, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and details, in which you will be able to find a tracking number, and a link where you can track your order.
I have received my order, it is however the wrong product, faulty, incomplete, or damaged through shipping. What can I do?

Is it possible to cancel or change an order after payment?
An order can be cancelled before it has been shipped by us. If it has been shipped, it is too late for it to be cancelled. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
I have ordered the wrong color/size, can I exchange the item?
Yes, it is possible to exchange the item. The item must however be in the same condition in which it arrived. Please contact us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to help you.
Has my returned item arrived?
You will receive a return confirmation from us as soon as we have received your return. If you feel it has been too long since you sent it, and have not received a return confirmation from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to help you.
When will I receive my refund?
After your returned item has arrived, we will process it as quickly as possible. After processing has been completed, we will issue the refund within 14 days, and it may take more than 14 days before you have received the refund, all depending on your bank. The refund will be issued through the same method, with which payment was originally made, unless we have agreed upon another method.
